Please join us at Kalispel Tribe of Indians Northern Quest Casino and Resort for our 98th Freedom Fund Banquet. Hon. Donald D. Haley has a rich history, beginning in Louisianna where he helped his father pick cotton, all the way to the King County Superior Court Bench. Hon. Haley conquered many stereotypes to pursue his dreams. He has dedicated his life to empowering young people to be all they can be. The Freedom Fund Banquet is our annual fundraiser. This provides money for scholarships for young people as well as for our local unit operating expences.
